Ingredients:
-1 pound lean ground beef
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 carrots, peeled and diced
-2 stalks celery, diced
-1 (14.5 ounces) can diced tomatoes
-1 (32 ounces) beef broth
-1 cup green beans
-1 cup frozen corn
-1 cup frozen peas
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. upload the onion and garlic and cook dinner until softened.
2. upload the carrots and celery and cook for another 3 mins
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, corn, peas, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
4. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Serve hot. Enjoy!
