Homemade Cake Without Whet Flour


  • 110g corn starch (1 cup)
  • 180ml of oil (3/4 cup)
  • 180g of sugar (1 cup)
  • 100ml of orange juice
  • 100g of rice flour (1/2 cup)
  • 15g baking powder (1 pack)
  • For the almíbar
  • 125ml Water (1/2 cup)
  • 125ml orange juice (1/2 cup)
  • 100g sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 10g of corn (1 cda)


1. Place eggs, oil, sugar and orange juice in blender, blend for 2 minutes.

2. Pour the preparation into a bowl, then place the cornstarch and rice flour, mix well.

3. Add baking powder and mix slightly.

4. Pour into a 22cm mold oiled and floured. Preheat oven to 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.

5. In a pan place the water, orange juice, sugar and cornstarch. mix properly and cook dinner for two minutes.

6. Smash the cake when it's warm. Then place the aliment.
