1 cup all-purpose flour 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1/4 teaspoon baking soda 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 

3/4 cup granulated sugar 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 cup plain yogurt 


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk collectively flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a massive bowl, use an electric powered mixer to cream the butter and sugar until mild and fluffy. add eggs, separately, blending till mixed. Beat in vanilla extract.

4. With the mixer on low speed, upload the dry components to the moist components in 3 additions, alternating with the yogurt. mix just until combined.

5. Spoon batter into prepared tins, filling each cupcake liner 3/4 full.

6. Bake for 18-20 mins, or till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

7. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire
