Potatoes with eggs

 


Ingredients:

 1kg of potatoes

 Salt

 Pepper

 Parsley

 4 hard-boiled eggs

 3 eggs

 Bread crumbs

 oil for frying


Preparation:

1. First add the potatoes to the water and boil for half-hour or until soft.

 2. switch the potatoes to the bowl and mash them. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. mix the entirety nicely.

 3. reduce the difficult-boiled eggs into quarters to put together them.

 4. form the mixture into balls and flatten them with one hand. add a bit of egg and near the fritters.

 5. Coat every with the beaten egg aggregate, then coat with the breadcrumbs.

 6. Fry in hot oil till golden on each aspects.
