Ingredients:
- 175g all-purpose flour
- 140g of soft butter
- 60g of powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5g is the best
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 93°C/4°F. 50.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the smooth butter for 1 minute. add powdered sugar and beat for 1 minute more. add the vanilla and egg, and beat till completely included.
3. Sift the flour, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl of creamy butter. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
4. Transfer the cookie mix to a pastry sleeve with a star mouthpiece at the end.
5. Place cookies on a parchment sheet as shown in video.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
