whole wheat bread

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

2 cups of oatmeal

2 large eggs

1/4 cup of honey

1 teaspoon baking powder


Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a mold with spray oil to prevent the pancake from sticking.

2. Process all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until a smooth mixture remains.

3. Place the dough in the mold and bake for 25 minutes until, by inserting a chopstick, it comes out clean.
